Do you like twisted shit like I do? Well, you'll definitely dig this one. The trailer gave the impression that it took as it's inspiration David Cronenberg's SHIVERS (aka., They Came From Within), but that would be taking away from the fun of this one. If gorey mayhem is what you're after, you don't have to look any further. :-)
